We used the handrails in our sanctuary on the steps up to stage. Nice strong support. The 6 sets I sent back did not meet ADA requirements. We were going to use them on step up to church. Contractor said these would not meet specs.

Not happy with the purchase as it is not of good quality and on top of that, I'm missing parts that mean I can't install it!!! Plus, after talking to your customer service department, they said they notified the manufacturer of this and would receive a return call/email from them in at least 48 hours but it's been 7 days and still no response!!! Also, much difficulty understanding your customer service person as well!
