Very unsatisfactory
My experience with Hayneedle has not been a good one. The merchandise arrived smelling of cigarette smoke so much that I hesitated even putting my pet in the carrier. While trying out the size, the zipper broke. I contacted the company 3 days ago requesting to return the merchandise, & haven't gotten any feedback. Won't be using this company again!
