I take a MULTIVITAMIN DAILY AS MY ALMOST VEGETARIAN DIET IS NOT SUFFICIENT AT MY AGE (LATE 60). megafood ONE DAILY MULTIVITAMIN 55+ SERVE ITS PURPOSE WELL SO FAR (I BELIEVE). TABLET IS NOT THAT BIG, SO I HAVE NO PROBLEM SWALLOWING AND its OK TO TAKE ANYTIME EVEN WITHOUT MEAL AS its ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS. I FEEL COMFORTABLE TAKING IT EVEN AT BED TIME. I CAN trust!
