The equalizer is a great tool for those that like to incorporate challenging body weight - exercises into their routine. I already use a pull- up bar at home and wanted to add variations to that idea. That's where the Equalizer comes in. I use it for horizontal push-ups, standing and kneeling push-ups and tricep dips. It's easy to build fire for burning abs in knee to chest, or running man for the core. I even use it as a dancer would use a bar to stretch my lower body. All the whole building overall strength and balance.

Ordered the pink version to use at home while the gym was closed. This really is such a versatile piece of equipment once you learn how to use it. We use them at the gym for quite a few different exercises. Quality is great and very easy to assemble. Shipping was quite fast even in the middle of COVID. I haven't had a chance to check out the DVD that came with them yet, but that will be next.
