I LOVE my cast iron skillet and use it every day. Thought nothing could be better. Then, my wife convinced me to try the Henckel ceramic fry pan and WOW!-- now I have to share my love with two fry pans. This pan is so superior to other non-stick fry pans that there should be a separate category. What a great feeling to rub the smooth surface clean with a little soap and bare fingers.

12” Ceramic Fry pan, love it.

Pan heats evenly and has not shown any signs of warping or discolorations. Eggs are not running off to one side, and one side is not always hotter to to non contact to the elements. The handle is solid, has not shown any signs of loosening. I wish I would have bought this sooner. Just a normal family for cooking, and it fits the part. Actually makes cooking easier, as the pan does what it's supposed to do.
