Excellent product works as advertised the hose is metal casing seems to be of high quality, the housing appears to be made High quality Plastic very thick well made, the fitting are metal all in all great material, this is actually my second unit I have ordered I ordered this same model a few years back and it works great till this day, I bought an additional one as a present for my mother, that's now impressed I was with this product, Only problem I can say is that when I did try to call customer service I was sent to a voice mail Box and I was not able to get a hold of a live customer service agent, I tried calling them 3 different times and it was the same out come (Sent to voice mail).

My Favorite Filter!

I love my WaterChef SF-7C! The water here is so chlorinated that it smells like a pool, when I use my filter, the smell is completely gone. My hair and skin feel so much better now that I use this system and I feel like my hair color doesn't fade as quickly. It'sa great buy and you wont regret it!!!
