Verified Purchase

Description misleading and incorrect!

I was very disappointed with this purchase and I will be returning everything. The description of the item clearly states "pack of 12" but I only received one knob. I thought that the knobs were being discontinued or clearanced for whatever reason and that was why the price was so low but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I had no way of knowing that, though, since the description indicates that the item is a pack of 12 knobs.
