The Bodhram is primarily used for rhythmic accompaniment for Celtic and Irish music. The head is made of goatskin, and is enclosed in a beautiful rosewood frame. It also has afixed rosewood crossbar in back to help support player's hand and wristwhen applying pressure to head from inside of frame. Player is able totune drum by adjusting hardware outside. Includes a tipper and a tuningwrench.
