Don't think it was brand new

The toy itself was okay. The problem was that it looked like it had been opened before. It was taped back together and sold as new. The box was scratched up a little as well. The only reason I didn't return it was because it was for a foster child and I had a deadline. The toy came the day before my deadline. It shouldn't claim to be a new toy when it isn't.
