Two Different Manufacturers

Bought a pair of these shocks, one was manufactured in Japan(flat black paint) the other in Mexico(glossy black paint). Would of preferred they both were produced in Japan(the problem with purchasing items sight unseen, and specifics not fully divulged by seller on what they intend on sending you). The upper mounting bolt nut(on a 2008 Rav 4) was very difficult to access a function of the vehicle design not the shocks.
