True to size for 2X. The material is soft, comfortable and washed up well. So many large sizes have extremely large arm holes which are cut way too low, showing your bra/boob/skin. These t-shirts arm holes are cut just right and coming right under the armpit. Just had a mastectomy and these will be perfect for not showing an area I don't want people to see under my arm.
