Worst purchase ever!

We bought 3 of these chairs in February, so not even quite to the 4 month mark yet. They are coming apart at the seams, tilt back like they are in a constant recline position, and the bottom seat support seems broken (you can see in the picture how uneven the seat looks). We are not big people, and these have been lightly used. The only positive was that the chairs were attractive and matched our floors well, but they are complete junk. I'd give zero stars if I could. $700 completely wasted!
