A real find for my cooking
I bought this because I could fit bacon easily in it to bake. It worked great! 400 degrees for 7 about 10 min. No splatting all over my oven with the sides on the pan to prevent. The handles on each side were great. I cant pick up cast iron pans as any weight hurts my aging arms but my husband of 74 years had no problem so most anyone should find this is no problem.. I'm very happy with my purchase. My only regret is I went thru 54 years of marriage cooking bacon without it! A great find.
