Flora Curtain Rod 48-84 inch - Light Gold

We bouth a rod with a decorative end piece for holding a wall quilt that my wife made. We used Google to find what we wanted and on hayneedle, our third site, we found what we were after. The site was easy to use and informative, the price was very reasonable, the ordering was clear and easy and the shipping information profited was accurate. The package arrived via UPS on the date quoted and in addition information was included for returns if necessary. Fortunately we had no need for the return information. Bottom line I don't see what they could have done better. This was a simple and minor order but they did everything right. NO PROBLEMS, 5 STARS.
