Does what it should

I expected some way to lock the stand in place to it didn't collapse, but there isn't anything other than a thumbscrew for the tree holder.

The one I received did not have any wheels! The box had been opened. I am supposed to be getting one with wheels which is what I ordered and paid for. When I receive it hopefully I will have a better review. Thank you
