Amy's Frozen Meals, Three Cheese Kale Bake Bowl, Microwave Meals, 8.5 oz

I would definitely recommend this if you can't cook, or if you're just sometimes in a hurry for something quick and nutritious to eat. I really appreciate the NUTRITIOUS kale...However, it is really LACKING bread crumbs on top! What little there are, all fall off into the plastic package; and if you try to shake them onto the pasta, they stick to the plastic. That said, it is quite delicious! I get it at least once a month, mainly for the kale. The biggest downside is the price. You're going to get the same price with all of Amy's organic, frozen meals; if you're a vegetarian, or value organic food, you might find it's worth it.

Despite being gluten free, which many people associate with bland tasteless meals, this selection very good. The kale stands out very nicely and has a nice texture. As does the cheese and the noodles heat up nicely in the microwave. a very tasty little meal and quick in the microwave.
