Ok I had a problem similar to other people the hose to use for hand vacuuming came apart from the machine. If you look where is goes into the machine there is a piece that unscrews and you can screw it back into it and put back in place on the machine. Just some info for any that has this problem. All is good now!

this vacuum cleaner will blow your mind without blowing your budget. it has the ease of maneuverability with three carpet or floor levels attachments that actually work plus a extended power cord and a pretty awesome HEPA media filter. first use and pet hair,cat litter,fuzz,lint,dirt and dust from my old dirt devil blowing up and dying (spitting out dirt and debris no suction)...this hoover cyclonic wind tunnel is outstanding.I LOVE IT!!
