Kava, a traditional calming herb, is believed to also support healthy lung tissue and has been used as a supportive aid for the nervous system. Gaia Herbs uses only the noble varieties of kava root and does not use above-ground parts of the plant. The roots are imported whole (no powdered material is used) from Vanuatu, where we have a close business relationship with the native growers.

clean ingredients
I bought this supplement to help with migraines and its cognitive health benefits. I love that it's compliant for those following a medical medium protocol. It's high quality, gluten free, and vegan, and the only ingredients are kava, veg glycerin, sunflower lecithin, and vegan friendly capsules. After taking this for a few weeks it definitely helped me with migraine relief.
