Cleanse -- Colon gets a workout! :)
Be prepared for some runny days with this one, but that's the point of a cleanse. It's not as much as I thought it would be and some days there may not be anything of the sort. Depends on what is eaten along with the supplement, I suppose. But, great overall to get cleaned out for long-term health results.
