I bought the hoover power path pro advanced carpet cleaner. I am very satisfied with this product. It cleans very well and sucks the water back up very well also. I have not had ANY trouble with this product and use it quite often with my 3 yr old granddaughter living with me. I have had it for 8 mos and still love it!! Cleans my carpet perfect every time!! I would happily recommend this to friends or anyone interested.

I've had at least half a dozen of the Hoover spin brush rug cleaners for years and unfortunately the spin brushes always seem to stop working pretty early on in the life of the unit. So, I have been pleased to see Hoover come out with the other type of standard roller brush. I recently had to replace a Bissell unit of my Mother's for her townhome carpet and found the Power Path to be well-priced and a great performing little unit, surpassing it's larger predecessors whether it be Hoover or Bissell. Great unit and I appreciate the simplicity of it, it's smaller size and light weight. Finally a better rug cleaner. Great for people who have dogs. Would like to see an upgrade of this same unit with a small upholstery attachments. But for what it is and the price, this one is GREAT!

I bought this machine a month ago and have used it two times. Tonight while trying to clean my master bedroom carpets the machine started squeezing and it smelt like burnt rubber. I turned it off and have not been able to open it up to see what needs replaced. I am very disappointed with this products. I bought this to replace my last Hoover that lasted me 5 years. Tomorrow is Memorial Day but first thing Tuesday morning I will be calling to get this resolved. I tried looking for a replacement belt but it is out of stock. I am guessing because this is a common problem.
