Just bought it but seems to working just fine! Looked at the ingredients before purchasing. I know Solaray has a good reputation and have been pleased with the results. I'm 74 like having more energy! Take one at night & 1 in the morning along with my husband - I can see becoming more energetic as well!

High Energy
I have been using the Solaray Once Daily High Energy Multivitamin for over 10 years. Because I don't eat the clear coating, I open the caps and pour the powder in my protein shake along with a banana, frozen blueberries, etc. I don't eat a lot of food and the food I eat does not have enough vitamins & minerals, so I MUST take a complete multivitamin.

I believe in the Solaray products. I've always been very satisfied. I am especially pleased with the ingredients that are provided in the High Energy vitamins. Since taking these everyday I usually buy a larger size so they last me awhile. I do think they help with my energy level. Great product!
