Runs a little small, I ordered 2X/3X, I'm 5' 7" and a big gal, I have the "mommy apron" from 4 kids, and it doesn't quite give the coverage I had hoped for. It rolls up. But with that being said, it does "tuck" in the side and back boobs, like I had hoped for. I'm hoping after wearing it for a little while, it will not roll as bad, but in the mean time, it is bearable!
