The Kitty TWISTER has made a beneficial difference in my life routine. My previous system was not so great, and I always wanted to change it but never found the right system. When I stumbled upon this product, it resolved everything. I met the company owner at a cat convention and received a clear tutorial on how the product works. It was so simple and pleasing that I bought it immediately. It works wonderfully, is easy to change bags (and they fit securely), and it makes life simpler because you have less trips to the dumpster. I have two cats, and I can go about a week or a little more before considering changing bags. The bag is sturdy and ties closed when ready to dispose. There's also never an odor. I am happy with the purchase, and the personal customer service from Red Rocket Pets is just as fabulous. They've even reached out to me on their own to see if I was still happy with everything.
