Stuck between settings

Nice looking product, but it keep getting stuck between the 4 settings. Delta need to address this issue.

Sleek looking, very narrow spray.

Just remodeled our bath and we are already looking to change out this shower head. The spray is very narrow and the water pressure is extremely low. My husband and I hate it.
