HQ Romaine lettuce

The Romaine lettuce was very fresh and there was only the slightest amount of "rust" on the meaty stalk. A recent purchase of Romaine from one of your competitors was a real disappointment. We had to discard one half of each "stalk". The Walmart product was and has been a better quality purchase. We will continue to buy the Walmart lettuce.

Prefer these Romaine Hearts to full bunches of lettuce. These are the BEST LEAVES; I wash them in baking soda and then a little white vinegar, quick ice bath, then dry out on a dish towel, lightly pack in dry paper towel and place into a lg. ZipLock bag. Stay fresh, crisp, no turning brown for up to 6-7 days. Great for daily salads....wash once %26 store!

Lettuce Romaine friends while you shop: I was Stalking the produce aisle for a while, and these 3 lettuce leaves are unbe-leaf-able, they were chillin' with the others just veggin' out. They're the Head of the class and all Heart. If you know how to prep them before you throw them in the fridge they won't wilt, and they'll stay so crisp you could soil yourself. These hearts are arugula-bly the best crunch in the game. These aren't the tip of the Iceburg so, If you're looking to turn over a new leaf, look no further. I'm Rooting for you to try them.
