I prefer sugar free.
I bought this and have been trying to get more. It's hard to find sugar free antacids. The taste is fine, not that any one should expect a antacid to taste like candy. I didn't notice a difference in flavor compared to regular antacids.

These taste awful. They are very grainy. Not at all like the Sugar Free Tums. The hey may work as well as Tums but I can't get around the taste.
