Not a review as this is my first day taking this collagen, I wish I could message Ancestral instead so I am writing here. Please add a powder form option, 6 pills daily is too many pills as this is not the only pill I gotta take. My stomach hurts already and this is my first day taking the collagen, I think it's because of the quantity of pills.

My wife and I like Ancestral Supplement's products. This collagen is easily digestible, and so far, we haven't experienced any adverse effects from using it. Other brands we've tried have upset our digestive systems, so it's nice to take one without any ill feelings. We have just reached the full dose after titration. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything, but then again, I seldom see the effects of any supplements, organ-based or otherwise.

Everybody uses words like "game changer" or "life changing" when they are writing reviews; the minute I see those words I scroll past. I won't use those words but they are true. I ordered this for my best friend of 20+ years. She is a 60 year old executive type who refuses to spend $ on plastic surgeons and she heard collagen was good for the skin. After a couple months on various Amazon collagens she was ready to give up. She saw no difference in her skin or hair. I heard about Ancestral Supplements from Dr. Ken Berry and asked her to try the living collagen. She is also that person who's skin tears easily. Like a senior citizen with tissue thin skin. The type of thing that would leave a red mark on you or I, would rip her forearm open. After 2 months on Ancestral Supplements her skin no longer tears open when my dad's puppy jumps on her (she wore long sleeves all summer to work because of the little guy). This is not what she was wanting; but, certainly worth continuing to purchase. Also her weak nails are amazing. Her natural nails are pretty for the first time in her life. Has this been the fountain of youth? No. Has it enabled her to enjoy life more fully? YES! We share a little 5 acre hobby farm in KY and I always worry when she wants to help me with fencing or really anything sharp. I don't anymore. She's out there pulling fence tight and cutting down brambles with me. So now I've started taking it too. Because, who doesn't want strong nails and skin?!?
