Awesome Toning Sticks!

I go to Zumba class at my gym once in a while, so I decided to buy the DVDs to have for a rainy day that I didn't have time to leave the house. All the workouts are really great, and the instructors make it really easy to follow the dance steps. But I have to say that I LOVE the Toning Program. The kit comes with a pair of 1 LB Toning Sticks that you hold during the Ripped: Toning DVD and it really kicks up your workout to the next level. I've only done the DVD set a few times and I already feel my arms getting harder and less flabby :)
