This particular inflator has to be changed every 5 years. Was hoping Zoro had fresh stock and they did. Unit was marked good until 2022; 6 full years from date of purchase. Nice! And the price was right.

I recommend buying this item from Zoro.

Since the manufacturer recommends rearming every 5 years, I was concerned that the mfg date may be prior to 2017 and thus shorten the 5 year. My rearm kit was manufactured during 2017 so I was a happy camper. I don't have to rearm again until 2022 and hopefully not before due to an unpleasant dunking. I also should note that I called Zoro before ordering and that if I was not satisfied with the manufacture date that I could return the kit for a refund. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
