Seems to be exactly as advertised.

It's incredibly weird that they want people to review these things before they have time to test them, but here's my review. It's a very chunky unit. Feels solid, very well Made. The wires that come with it are well made. The instructions are clear. I'm still waiting on a set of alligator clamps for the power wires because I intend to use it temporarily under the hood of a vehicle But I would be genuinely surprised if this thing doesn't do exactly what it says on the box. I don't get any sort of cheapness vibe off this thing at all.
