All in One Bottle
Nothing is compared to Carlson when it comes to Cod Liver Oil. I used to use the liquid one, but this is easier for me. High quality from a reliable source of both omega 3 and 6. It doesn't have fish taste or smell but I prefer to store it in the fridge. I could see the effect on my skin and hair. The size of the bottle is amazing with this reasonable price.

The best
Me teenage daughter that experience lots of stress for schooltests couldn't take in any of the fish oil i tried to give her. she refused taking them for years. now she is suffering from sensitive skin and outbreaks, she was finally able to listen to advise and started taking those. easy to swallow, has no taste, works great on skin and other benefits. i switched from fish oil to cod liver oil since it contains a better formula for us. vit D and A. which are vital. so yes, a great solution for kids that are having a hard time in their teenage years, calms down the mind, they can focus more easily and easy to swallow for anyone that has problems with big pills.
