I spent almost $40 on a wreath, therefore, I expected it to come intact. The wreath would be a nice item if it were not for the large gaping hole in it where something is obviously missing. The missing part was not in the box. The box showed no signs of tampering or mishandling. Now I have to return the item at my expense and hope they feel a defective item is worth reimbursing shipping. If I am lucky, I will get a refund in 2-3 weeks. Not worth the aggravation!
