STEP 1: Apply two thin coats of the all-in-one base and color CND VINYLUX Long Wear Polish. STEP 2: Finish with one coat of CND VINYLUX Long Wear Shine Top Coat for high shine in no time. For best results, use with CND VINYLUX Top Coat. First apply the adhesive color, then the durable top coat.
