Helps me with mild depression

I've struggled with mild/moderate depression off and on for most of my life. Nothing debilitating, but for long periods of time things would seem kind of bad, even when they were good. I read that high dose fish oil can help, so I started taking 3 capsules/day and wow, it made a big difference! After a couple of months I switched to alternating each day between 2 and 3 capsules, and this is a good maintenance dose for me. In addition to being extra strength, this product has the recommended ratio of DHA and EPA.
