The Prosvent is a blend of some very good ingredients. I started this supplement about 2 weeks ago, a capsule in the morning and one in the evening. It really seemed to slow down my trips at night to the bathroom. But, the last few nights I have started those trips again though not as much. Before it was 3 to 4 times a night, then no trips, now back to one a night at most. It could be my life style too, consuming lots of water, soda, etc. late into the evening. I had taken saw palmetto supplements in the past and stopped because there was supposedly no clinical proof that it worked. A few years later it has been somewhat proved to work. Prosvent is different though, it has a mixture of other ingredients that enhance one another. Example, black pepper, which a lot of folks take with turmeric to help absorption. I still have half a bottle and I'm curious how this will go from here. Other than trips to the bathroom, this may help relieve other problems as well. It's all natural ingredient and said to have no harmful side effects. The pumpkin seed oil is good for parasites such as tape worms, etc. The vitamin D3 and zinc great for the immune system. Prosvent is expensive in a sense, but may be well worth it if it works for you.

Prosvent is a dietary supplement to support prostate health. I think it can also improve it. They take they safety of the supplement seriously. It has a plastic safety seal around the neck and top of the bottle. It also has a seal on the bottle under the lid. Suggested use is to be taken by Adult Males twice a day with a meal. The supplement contains vitamin D3 and zinc. The rest are a proprietary blend of all natural plant based ingredients. Research I've done indicates that it takes 2-6 weeks to get the full benefit of the supplement. I take a diuretic, so a properly functioning prostate is very important. Prior to taking the supplement, I was waking up about every 2 hours to go to the bathroom. Obviously, I was not well rested. After 2 weeks, I was waking up about every 4 hours. Now it has progressed to 6 hours. The labels indicates that it is not intended to be taken by pregnant or lactating women.
