Terrible design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bar is designed very poorly. We bought two for a remodel. The entire bar is held up by the tiniest tip of a pointed screw. One of the bars is entirely unusable. We got it to stay up, but only if it is empty and unused. We have another one right next to it, which is why we didn't change it out, and that one will hold a lightweight hand towel, but nothing more.
