Item never arrived and seller not responding

I ordered a poster from this seller on March 15, which did not arrive on the expected date. I contacted the seller who said he would ship another one, then 5 days later I asked for an ETA and tracking number. It is now April 3 and I am still waiting for a response. I do not recommend ordering from this seller.
