Wacom Intuos COMIC Pen & Touch Tablet, Small, Blue

Walmart's part in getting me the pad was great. Wacom's support, on the other hand, was lacking terribly. The drivers recommended for Windows 7 operating system don't work well. Items that need to be adjusted are not available and items you don't need are included (why do I need the pad to communicate with social media or have an app to go to Wacom's store, etc.?). When I installed the pad onto a Windows 8 operating system, all went well like it should. Contacting Wacom was a waste of time. Their help was incorrect and almost made me return the pad. Fortunately, I searched the Internet and found the correct answer. If the manufacturer does not know there product, they should not sell it.

Could not get this product activated. After spending 3 hours over Christmas day and the next day trying to get it to work, I called customer service and they could not help either. I returned the item the day after Christmas. Not worth the headache!
