The inflation mechanism is in a cumbersome spot, it makes it difficult to get the right position. It's huge, even adjusted way down, the belt is big. I can't comment on quality, I haven't triggered it, because of size, I disliked the size. I have several other brands, their adjustments are better, the mechanisms are positioned differently so the wearability is better.
