First, let me say my septum is a exact perfect 4g. Ive never bought off line so it was all foreign to me. I had tapers y tried to gauge if they were the same as the pictures. I ordered 8g and thought thats wrong but ordered anyways. I recieved the jewelery in record time. It was well padded, enverlope in an envelope. Upon opening the package i immediately noticed 1 pair was unaccounted for but the invoice read correct, 2 pair. I put the 8g in and was shocked it was so tiny. I called the number on the card an had an open conversation about the missing pair which he was extremely professional and truely listened to my concerns. Also the sizing. I sent him a picture of the receiving tube I've been wearing to keep it gauged he explained the tube was a 4g but my jewlery was an 8g. today, i got the other pair (i thought it feels heavy) , I opened it and he ordered these in a 4g and they are 🤩. i would have been happy with 8g as ordered but this is above and beyond. Im a true diehard customer as hes amazing, the jewlery is top quality. Thank you so much!
