this absolutely works I am shocked I was having a problem where it would short fill my cup and it was always flashing with descale I have a knockoff Keurig works the same the procedure to put it in cleaning mode is different. all you have to do is use Google. each knockoff has different protocol to force it into cleaning mode. once I put it in cleaning mode and did the instructions exactly every cup has been nearly perfect since then!! this bottle has a inside label like a medication bottle in the states you just carefully peel back the label and another label is revealed underneath!! I mean it's kind of stupid but they can fit way more underneath the first label.
