For over 20 years, ProStretch has been the favorite calf stretcher of professional athletes, athletic trainers, and physical therapists worldwide. The ProStretch Plus Calf Stretcher offers an adjustable and customizable stretch. Professionals have recognized that using the ProStretch Plus calf stretcher and foot rocker before and after exercise effectively helps reduce the risk of injury. The patented ProStretch Plus automatically holds your foot in the optimal position for an accurate and efficient stretch. This plantar fasciitis calf stretcher features a unique and adjustable heel rest that allows you to customize your stretch by increasing or decreasing the degree of stretch. As you increase the degree of your stretch, you become stronger and more flexible. The ProStretch Plus is a little longer and wider than our Original ProStretch and includes a removable toe lift. The removable toe lift provides an advanced stretch for your toes and plantar fascia, engaging the entire connective chain of muscles in your lower leg for the perfect stretch. By moving the heel rest up, the stretch is deepened. By moving the heel rest back, the stretch is lessened. The ProStretch Plus relieves and helps prevent Achilles tendonitis, heel pain, plantar fasciitis, Sever’s disease, shin splints, and tight calves / hamstrings. The slip-resistant pads on the bottom of the foot rocker keep the calf stretcher in place. Its wide platform fits adult shoes up to size 14. The recommended weight limit is 300 pounds. Please note: The ProStretch Plus calf stretcher should be used while wearing shoes with a supportive, rubber sole.

Are you a RUNNER with out of nowhere arch pain? Do you know deep down it's NOT overuse? Are you a LIFTER w/ a single leg SQUAT HEEL LIFT? THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION.
I've been running for over 20 years and every time I start to actually fall in love with distance again, I find myself "injured" - out of nowhere. I've known for 7 years this wasn't an over-training injury but rather a mobility issue that transferred over into limited squat depth. Ya'll... it's been LESS THAN A WEEK since this contraption was a delivered and the relief PLUS added mobility, after using this twice per day, blows my mind. I do all 4 stretches for 3 sets x 30 seconds in the morning, in the evening, and post run on run days. For me, thee most challenging part of other mobility drills was that I couldn't get the stretch I needed to actually correct the problem. This offers the stretch and then transfers over to enhanced mobility through biofeedback and pain relief. The freedom and space I feel in my ankles continues to open up day after day and I actually look forward to doing it because of the feelings associated with the after stretch.

The Pro-stretch+plus gave me a more structured way to stretch. It was nice to have the “how-to” guide with exercises that I could use during my stretching time. I typically used this product post-workout/run at my gym. I have a weekly appointment to stretch with my personal trainer and we began to incorporate this into our session. It made stretching easy than just the typically exercises and I felt more satisfied with my stretching when using this product.
