Not independent drawers

I did not realize that any time 1 drawer needs to be taken out ALL Of the attached ones below that drawer will come out, too! Not so good. Doable, but a bit cumbersome when you only one to remove one for the items in it. I will spend a lot of time removing and replacing drawers during work time, causing clutter on the workbench. Guess I did not understand how this works.
