Weak vinyl fabric

The vinyl fabric is very weak. When I went to tie it onto my wheels the grommet pulled loose from the fabric. Rather cheaply made in my opinion for the price. The last ones I bought from another company were a lot stronger and made better. I'm guessing I'll get one year out of them before the wind rips them off.
