If I stack items on the top shelf, the string gets blocked, or sometimes the extension falls off. A need for all pull chain lights!

I actually love it! It works really well in the pull chain light in my closet; however, I got curious and decided to test it out in other lamps I have. It worked in a homemade light I made from a metal silverware strainer. It didn't work well in a 3 bulb floor lamp. It is very easy to use! Just turn off your light, put the socket adapter into the socket like you would a light bulb, manually turn your lamp on with it's chain/toggle switch, and turn it off with the remote. Then you should be able to turn it back on with the remote and off again using only the remote. It comes with mounting screws to mount the remote to the wall.
