They are sharp, sturdy, and deliver an incredibly smooth cut. The quality is immediately apparent. They cut through absolutely anything—from fresh herbs to tough packaging—very effortlessly. The handles are flexible, comfortable, and feel very easy in the hand for any task. These are an essential kitchen tool I highly recommend. I was offered an incentive to write this review. The item deserves 10 stars. Best medium sized scissors I've ever owned. Reminds me of the Ikebana style Japanese scissors but these actually work with you and don't tire your efforts. I love them. Will keep forever.
