Our family absolutely loves these Zinc lozenges. We have been using them for a couple years now. These ones are extremely large lozenges, so it's kind of strange having them in your mouth until they melt. But once you get used to it and have them in your mouth for a few hours, you realize that your body is able to slowly absorb the zinc throughout your day. seem to work for me
I have used life extension zinc lozenges for a few years All I can say is for me they seem to work to ward off colds if taken when you first feel one coming on They are large and take a good while to dissolve in your mouth.
