I always feel better when taking it. The best way I take it is mixed in O.J. This is the 1st time I buy it from Walmart. I wasnt aware they sold it. Shipping was quick. I ordered it Friday and by Monday at noon I was drinking my Superfoods. If you're tired or lacking certain vitamins, give it a try. You will be glad you did. Health is wealth!
