Nice product but pain to put together!

I bought 2 of these. The first one took several hours to put together due to lack of instructions - REALLY POOR INSTRUCTIONS. The 2nd one took about an hour. In the end, they look amazing and I love them!

Instructions were terrible and no customer service

It was only difficult to put together because the instructions were not clear at all and I basically had a to figure it out myself. Put parts together and take it apart to get it right. There was no help either. Holes were not drilled in everywhere you needed to put screws.
