This Oil Spray Does Help With Leg Cramps
As we get older, we get more aches and pains with our bodies. One that has bothered me now for about a year, is leg cramps. We sometimes call them "Charlie Horses" and they feel like a horse kicked you in the legs. My doctor told me to take magnesium supplements daily. This does help, but occasionally leg cramps do show up. I have used other Magnesium sprays and that stops the pain and lets me get back to sleep. This spray has another plus to it, it has Lavender oils in it. The scent of Lavender helps you relax. I ran out of Magnesium spray a couple of days ago. I was very happy when this Aromasong Magnesium oil was delivered this morning. I had leg cramps last night and nothing was helping. I sprayed this oil on my legs and in less than 30 minutes the aching went down.

Used this and was out like a light.
Not oily. Smells pretty good. I sprayed 4 sprays to the bottoms of each foot and within 15 minutes I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Spray and massage. No oily feeling left after it dries. It seems to have helped me fall asleep faster than usual but not a deep sleep. Definitely recommend. I will be using this on my child to see if it helps them to sleep as well.

I really like the lavender scent, it's very nice, but I bought this to see if it would help with my diabetic neuropathy and I could really tell a difference right away an improvement in my hands, but with my feet I had to apply it three times before I really felt an improvement. I'm excited to see if it helps with my energy and sleep. so far I really like this product and I try a lot of products without much results so I'm happy!
